Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a buffer period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during sale.

Once your order leaves our premises, you will be notified via email along with the tracking number so you can follow the progress.

In case the tracking number is lost contact us any time. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
