BLACK LEVEL - HOW IT WORKS
Now that your Purple Privilege Card has been upgraded to Black, enjoy free parking, free delivery shopping services on purchases worth $500 or more,invitations to ABC private sales, promotions, and events, one free entrance, and a 15% discount on your child’s birthday package at ABC Playgrounds, and exclusive benefits from ABC Privilege Card Partners.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• ABC Loyalty Cards can be used in ABC Department stores Dbayeh, Achrafieh, and Verdun, including ABC Achrafieh Mall and ABC Verdun Mall (excluding Iplay, birth list, and wedding list). It can also be used in the following stores across Lebanon: Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.*
• A free shopping delivery services upon every purchase of $500 and more for Black and Elite members.
• Earn 1 point for every $10 spent at the jewelry and watches department.
• Points can be accumulated upon presentation of the physical card or digital card through ABC Loyalty App at the moment of the purchase. Customers will be granted an exception to add points on purchase receipts not previously added on the card, within 7 days starting the day of purchase, by heading to any customer service desk.
• On April 1st of each year, the Card Status to which a customer is entitled will be determined by the qualifying points accumulated in the previous 12 months (i.e. from April 1st through March 31st of the following year).
• Black or Elite members who have earned points during the above mentioned period of time, but not enough to maintain their current level, as per the rules defined in these General Terms and Conditions, will go back one level, only if they have been in their current level for at least 12 months. Otherwise, they will be given an additional year at the end of the above-mentioned period.
• Purple members who could not reach 2,000 points within the above-mentioned period to be upgraded to the higher level would have their qualifying points balance set to zero on April 1st, only if they have been in their current level for at least 12 months. Otherwise, they will be given an additional year before setting their balance to zero.
• Elite and Black Cards have redeemable points, i.e. points that can be converted to a Reward Card. Members can redeem every 2,000 points for a $50 Reward card valid for 3 months as of its activation date. All redeemable points earned before December 31st of any year will expire on March 31st of the following year.
• ABC will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged welcome vouchers and/or reward cards.
• ABC has the right to change at any time the terms and conditions of the Privilege Card Program.
