You can submit your cancellation request via email or by contacting our Ecommerce agents. If your package hasn't been dispatched from our fulfillment center, your request will be approved, and the order will be canceled. For credit card payments, refunds may take up to 15 business days, depending on your bank and country.

After you place an order on the website, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get another email with a tracking ID to use with our approved shipper.

You can click on my orders section and cancel your order within X minutes time frame. For credit card payments, any refund can take up to 15 working days, depending on the bank issuer and the country.

After selecting your item(s), you can add a gift message for each individual item. During checkout, provide a shipping address that differs from the billing address if needed. Additionally, you have the option to include a delivery note with any special shipping instructions (e.g., leave at the door, do not knock, etc.).
