Can I change my shipping address?
If you chose
Express delivery, please contact us within 30 minutes. If the new location
falls outside the coverage area, and the service will be switched to Standard
delivery, which may result in a lower cost.
If you
selected Standard delivery, you must reach out within 6 hours of placing your
order if you wish to change your address.
What if I received an incorrect or damaged product?
Please reach out to us immediately and provide a photo
of the incorrect/damaged item.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?
We will do
our utmost to ensure that you receive your order. In the rare or unfortunate
case of an order not arriving, you can chat with our agent OR contact

Do you offer Click and Collect service/ Pick Up from store?
We offer
this service. Currently, you can pick up your order from the ABC Achrafieh
customer service office, located on Level 2 of the department store.
Our team
will reach out to you once your order is ready with the relevant details.
Please
note, if you do not collect your order within the specified timeframe, the Ecommerce
operations team will contact you to confirm the cancellation and release of the
items.
We deliver to all
areas within Lebanese territory.
Where do you ship my order from?
We ship all orders from our fulfilment center in Achrafieh
where your order is consolidated. You will be notified in the order
confirmation email and you will receive one or more emails containing your
tracking number once your package has left us.
What delivery options do I have? What is the delivery time and cost?
The
following delivery services are available:
Express
delivery within the
Beirut coastline, from Khaldeh to Dbayeh, at a cost of $10
Standard
delivery, priced at
$2, which can be waived for orders totaling $100 or more
Next-day delivery within Beirut suburbs
Delivery within up to 5 working days for areas outside
Beirut
Click &
Collect/Pick Up from the store for free, available 2 hours after placing your order, as long as it was
placed before 2:00 PM.
During public
holidays, peak seasons like Christmas and Black Friday, or in the case of bad
weather conditions, delivery may take longer than usual.
What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
Our accredited shipping provider will call you in advance
of delivery to agree on a date and time. Only 3 attempts will be made by our
shipping providers.
Kindy bear in
mind that continuous delays on delivering the order might affect the exchange policy.
After 3 unsuccessful
delivery attempts the order will be returned to the shipper and will be
cancelled automatically.
