What is your policy on returning items?
To exchange
any item purchased from the website, you simply need to take the item to any
ABC Flagship Store along with the invoice included in the delivery bag. Any
item purchased through can be exchanged, subject to the conditions below:

Non sales item can be exchanged within one month from
date of purchase

Discounted items can be exchanged within 7 days from the
date of purchase
·
Items must have the tag attached
·
Items should be exchanged with the same condition as
purchased
·
Jewelry, accessories, underwear, socks and swimwear
cannot be exchanged
·
We do not offer cashback
·
Items can be exchanged for another item or for a credit
voucher that can be used within one year
Repeated returns not in compliance with the Return Policy
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online
shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by
customers in order to check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer
purposes and is not, on the contrary, pursued for commercial, entrepreneurial
or professional purposes, and/or is otherwise related to fraudulent intent.
Frequent or repeated returns and in breach of our terms and conditions will be
flagged. In this case, at our discretion, we may proceed to close your ABC
account or refuse future orders.
May I exchange the purchased items purchased or the ones received as a gift?
Yes, you can visit our flagship stores to exchange the items
within 7 days for discounted items , and one month for non discounted items.
